When I was looking for a new billing company a little over a year ago, some commented that I would have trouble if I went to an American company!

I chose the biggest, IBILL.

Now IBILL can't pay its clients because it is in dispute with the big finance company that handled its credit card transactions, FIRST DATA.

This company, FIRST DATA has chosen to withhold MY customers money as a weapon in its dispute with IBILL.

If anyone knows the state banking regulator that covers FIRST DATA, please let me know.

When customers pay us, it is THEIR money and OURS, not FIRST DATA's to seize illegally. That is called FRAUD.

In the meantime, I am giving ibill unti, tomorrow to reply to my emails, then I will be suspending ibill for NEW members until the matter is resolved.

For customers convenience, those who are paying through ibill will NOT be affected at this stage.
